This past month

I received a text from my mom informing me that it had been a month since we updated our blog. Maybe this will be enough pictures of her grandson to tide her over for awhile.

We went to my parents the end of February to see Ben, Bethany and Baby Beebs.

Uncle Ben taught Branson the Minnesota fight song.

We went to Seattle for a couple days with Josh's parents. While Josh and Dave worked Kathy, Branson and I went shopping.

Daddy was playing with B one night teaching him how one piece of paper can become two when you tear it in half. Next thing I knew Josh was telling me that B wanted to see me.
This is what I found.

Bath time is a favorite activity of Branson's now. I think he would stay in for hours if I would let him.

Our real reason for lack of posts lately is that we have been spending more time working on the house. Our floors are going to be here tomorrow and we have been getting ready for that. Dave has spent many hours here helping and Branson has been getting to spend a lot of time with Grandma. We are very thankful for all of their help and we are excited about the progress that is being made on our house. Check for an update on our house blog soon.

Six Months

Hard to believe our little buddy is already a half of a year old. Yesterday we took him in for his 6 month well child check. He weighed 20 pounds 12 oz and is 27.75 inches long. He is still between the 90th and 95th percentiles for his height and weight.

Pam Grillo took some photos of Branson when he turned five months old, here are a couple of my favorites.

Weekend in Pullman

We had a great time at Joel's last weekend. We loved seeing where he lives, meeting his friends and watching the Cougars win.

Week in Review

Since I have been getting a hard time about not posting enough lately I thought I would do a quick update on what we have been up to this past week.

Josh won/bought tickets to the Wenatchee Wild game at the Chamber Banquet. Branson enjoyed his first hockey game and even grabbed a quick nap so he could continue flirting with the ladies sitting behind us.

Only one week after getting to see Uncle Ben and Auntie Bethany Branson got a visit from Auntie Holly.

Josh and Dave cooked Chili for the annual Chili and Oyster Stew Feed so we took Branson so he could see what he would be doing in a few years.

You can't see it but in this picture Branson is too interested in the chili in Josh's hand to look at the camera.
Once again he is checking out the food, maybe that is why he is pushing 20 pounds!
All tired out at the game after the chili feed
This has been Branson's favorite toy for a while now. . .
So Auntie Holly brought him a few presents

This week Josh has been out of town at the Ag Expo so Branson and I took advantage of that and went to visit my parents.

Here he is reading the paper with Grandpa

While we were there we got to celebrate John and Grandma Gracie's birthdays
More fun times this coming month include a trip to visit Joel and another visit from Ben and Bethany. When I was my Dad and Mom's someone asked me if Branson was a good traveler. My mom replied "Does he have a choice?!" He doesn't have a choice, but we are so thankful that he is.

Hawaii Holidays

We just got back from an amazing trip to Hawaii. The first week of the our trip we stayed on the Big Island with my family. Then we headed over to Oahu for a few days with Holly to top our Hawaiian vacation off. Here are a few highlights from our trip.

The first couple days that we were home it snowed non stop. I was not impressed and I am still trying to convince Josh that we should move to Hawaii. I don't think he is falling for it. Oh well, my mom informed us all we needed to go home so we could go back. I guess I will hold onto that for now.
